"Of all the Schmalzler on the market, this is propably the easiest one to sniff, due to its drier nature. Easy to take and everything stays in the nose - quite a good thing. In comparison to the Brasil Doppelt Fermentiert, this one, as the name suggests, ain´t twice fermented. Still, it is very flavourful, mainly raisins and maple shine through. But it is a bit "lighter" than the other Bernard Brasil Schmalzler, making it the best all day Schmalzler from them.
